Salads

Chicken Waldorf – Chunks of chicken mixed with apples, walnuts and grapes in Mayonnaise served on a bed of mixed greens. Oriental Chicken Salad – mixed greens topped with chicken, water chestnuts, chow mien noodles, mandarin oranges and bamboo shoots served with ginger sesame dressing.
Crazy Chicken – Connie’s own. – Fresh spinach topped chicken, walnuts and craisens served with poppy seed dressing. Garden Chef Salad – mixed greens topped with turkey and ham a duo of cheeses, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Nutty Chicken – Cheryl’s own – Pecans, red onions, feta cheese, strawberries, mandarin oranges and chicken, served with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Cobb Salad – mixed greens topped with chicken, tomatoes, bacon, shredded cheese, avocadoes and alfalfa sprouts.
Shrimp Caesar – Tiki Island Spiced Shrimp on a sugar cane skewer served on our Caesar salad. Raspberry Chicken Salad – mixed greens topped with chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, mandarin oranges and served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Chicken & ArtichokeDeanna’ s own - Romaine lettuce topped with artichoke hearts, green and red peppers, green olives, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes and chicken, served with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Arizona Salad – Lisa’s Own - Fresh spinach tossed with strawberries, mangoes, red grapes, avocadoes, walnuts, chicken and Balsamic vinaigrette.
Taco Salad – choice of Chicken or Beef – shredded lettuce, refried beans, chicken or beef, tomatoes, cheese, black olives and green onions served in a flour tortilla shell.  Asian Salad – a blend of fresh crisp lettuce topped with chicken, mandarin oranges and slivered almonds, served with Asian sesame ginger dressing.
Fruity Chicken – mixed greens topped with strawberries, pineapples, mandarin oranges and chicken topped with Raspberry vinaigrette. Hawaiian Salad - Nardo’s Boy’s favorite– mixed greens, chicken, mangoes, mandarin oranges and pineapples topped with Hawaiian papaya seed dressing.
Crispy Chicken Pecan Salad – mixed greens topped with pecan breaded chicken strips, shredded cheese and tomatoes served with Honey Mustard dressing.  Goat Cheese & Pine Nuts – mixed greens topped with goat cheese, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes and chicken, served with Light Parmesan Asiago Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Summer Spinach SaladCarmen’s own - Strawberries, bananas, chicken and slivered almonds topped with poppy seed dressing.
